As part of a larger project this customer wanted to have the stairs clad in engineered oak to match the other floors in her home.
We template the curved steps and worked with a local joinery company to product custom made Oak cladding that perfectly matched the existing floors. The new oak cladding was then fixed over the existing stairs.
The finished stairs were sanded and finished with Ted Todd Oilwood traffic, an oil enhanced lacquer that brings out the warm tones in the oak.
