We have made the decision to close our Chester showroom on Thursday 2/6 and Friday 3/6 to allow our staff the time to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee at home with their families.

2022 is shaping up to be a great year as we celebrate 25 years of business in Chester! We have lots of plans and new products to share with you.

Hello! Well, not quite the end to the year that we had hoped for but we are staying positive that everyone stays well and we will be back to it next year.
I would like to thank everyone for their business in 2021, we are always grateful to each and everyone of you that supports Living Floors.
It has been a tricky year with delayed orders and many date changes to projects; thank you all for working with us and your understanding.
The showroom will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 22/12/21 and re-open on Tuesday 4/1/22.

We would like to make you aware of some issues that are arising with lead times for certain products within our flooring range. Whilst all of our suppliers have worked extremely hard to fulfill orders on a usual timescale, unfortunately there are some delays caused by Covid-19.
We are sad to say that in order to increase production of other ranges Quickstep will not accept any new orders for their new Signature laminate range until November 2020. Any orders placed before 1/7/20 are secure.
In order to give you as accurate information as possible we will be double checking stock quantities on our live order systems and by telephone. Please bear with us as there are also some slight delays on deliveries due to restrictions in warehouses that are complying with Covid-19 regulations. We urge you not to book any installation dates until you are in receipt of the goods.
Our advice would be that if you have chosen a product and it is in stock, order the product as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. For our local customers we are more than happy to hold orders at our Chester store until they are required.
