Order lead times for Quickstep

We would like to make you aware of some issues that are arising with lead times for certain products within our flooring range.  Whilst all of our suppliers have worked extremely hard to fulfill orders on a usual timescale, unfortunately there are some delays caused by Covid-19.

We are sad to say that in order to increase production of other ranges Quickstep will not accept any new orders for their new Signature laminate range until November 2020.  Any orders placed before 1/7/20 are secure.

In order to give you as accurate information as possible we will be double checking stock quantities on our live order systems and by telephone.  Please bear with us as there are also some slight delays on deliveries due to restrictions in warehouses that are complying with Covid-19 regulations.  We urge you not to book any installation dates until you are in receipt of the goods.

Our advice would be that if you have chosen a product and it is in stock, order the product as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.  For our local customers we are more than happy to hold orders at our Chester store until they are required.
