Covid 19 Update – January 2021
We would like to wish you a Hopeful and Healthy New Year for 2021
In line with the recent government announcement, our showroom will be closed to the public from Monday 4th of January.
However, we will be working behind closed doors and from home to provide as normal a service as possible. We will be doing the following:
- Installations and measures can still go ahead following strict Covid secure procedures
- We will be offering video calls, email and home calls to provide guide prices and assist with your project
- We are able to mail up to 2 samples or drop larger sample boards to our local customers
- You will always be able to contact a member of staff during our hours of 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday and 9m – 12pm on Saturday
For any service where we will visit your home we will wear a face covering, sanitise hands, keep our distance, limit touching doors etc as much as possible and keep our visits short and sweet – we can chat afterwards to go through the detail. We ask that you inform us if anyone has any Covid type symptoms and we will cancel appointments if our member of staff is feeling unwell.
We can still offer a click and collect service or home delivery so you are still able to continue with your project.
Please bear in mind that there are delivery delays at present, we will give guidelines of delivery dates but please do not arrange for installation or collection until we inform you that your goods have arrived, this will avoid any dissapointment and wasted time.
